Campaign: Facebook Ads & Youtube Ads for All-on-4 Dental Implants (Agency Media Buying)
Offer: Webinar Consultation
Industry: Dental
Channel: Facebook & Youtube
Campaign Spent: $4500 AUD/Month
Project Overview & Highlight:
On a monthly average, we consistently generated 200+ registrations and achieved at least 25% registration-to-attendance conversion rate. These results came from expanding creative testing, simplifying ad copy, and optimizing campaign structure to improve efficiency and scalability.
The Challenge:
Next Smile Australia was already running Facebook and YouTube ads for their All-On-4 Dental Implant events, but performance had plateaued. Cost per lead remained high, scaling was difficult, and limited creative variations caused ad fatigue. While registrations were coming in, the campaign structure and messaging lacked the flexibility needed to consistently improve efficiency and drive sustainable growth.
Our Strategy:
✔ Creative Volume Strategy: Instead of relying on a few ads, we deployed a high-volume creative testing framework — introducing multiple angles, hooks, and visuals to quickly identify what resonated most with high-intent prospects.
✔ Message-Angle Testing: Rather than only tweaking copy, we tested different psychological angles — urgency, education, affordability, and transformation — to uncover what motivated patients to register.
✔ Algorithm-First Campaign Structure: Rebuilt the campaign structure to give Meta’s algorithm more flexibility, improving delivery efficiency and allowing the system to find lower-cost conversions.
✔ Fatigue Prevention System: Implemented continuous creative rotation and refresh cycles to prevent performance drops and maintain stable lead flow.
✔ Smart Scaling Framework: Once top performers were identified, we scaled gradually using controlled budget increases and duplication strategies to maintain lead quality while increasing volume.
